End­User License Agreement ("Agreement") for BASE&BLOOM ("Font")Last updated: 14.10.2019Please read this End­User License Agreement.By downloading or using the Font, you are agreeing to be boundby the terms and conditions of this Agreement.LicenseBy purchasing this Font you acquire a non­exclusive, limited licenseto download, install and use the Font solely for your personal, commercial purposesstrictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Font may only be installed on a single workstation, but can be used in multiple projects and for unlimited end products for sale.You may embed the Font in documents, applications or devices either as a rasterized representation of the Font (e. g., a GIF or JPEG) or as a subset of the Font as long as the document, application or device is distributed in a secure format that permits only the viewing and printing but not the editing of the text.RestrictionsYou agree not to, and you will not permit others to:a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise make the Font available to any third party.b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or attempt to discover the source code of the Font. Modifications to FontPetr Bushuev reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily orpermanently, the Font, with or without notice and without liability to you.Term and TerminationThis Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Petr Bushuev.Petr Bushuev may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Petr Bushuev, inthe event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Font and delete all copiesof the Font from your mobile device or from your desktop.SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will bechanged and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extentpossible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.Amendments to this AgreementPetr Bushuev reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace thisAgreement at any time. If a revision is material I will provide at least 3 days' noticeprior to any new terms taking effect.
