- Designed in 1999 as a collaborative work between Michael Thomas an independant designer and Microsoft's Geraldine Wade and Mike Duggan. The images are intended for Microsoft's electronic Book Reader. Design coordination by John Beezer, Michael Thomas and Geraldine Wade & Mike Duggan. Image designs by Michael Thomas and Geraldine Wade & Mike Duggan. Reader and design consultation by Michael Thomas. (In memory of Robert Norton 1928 - 2001)
