- We started with a friendly display typeface, and later worked on the intermediate weights to work at small sizes and provide a clear hierarchy in the text. In short, we created a functional family without getting too big. Bruna is an ideal typeface family for both text and display. A versatile family with a pleasant taste.We created a family of 18 weights, including small caps, uppercase, lowercase, fractions, tabular, old style, lining, mathematical, numbers, etc., which allows you to compose editorial complexity.Its open counters and large x height give it excellent performance in small sizes. On the other hand, its curved diagonals, generous width and soft shapes give it a friendly but functional personality for a wide range of messages and voices.We recommend the four most extreme weights (Thin, ExtraLight, Black, and Heavy) for large sizes starting at 13 points, and the five intermediate weights (Light, Book, Regular, Medium, and Bold) for small sizes starting at 7 points.Bruna is an ideal typeface family for text and display.
